88 LEED O+M projects in Europe have recertified since 2015, gaining an average of 12 points in the process.
Here are six more fast facts about Europe’s recertifications:

Three in four recertifications utilized the Arc platform.
The majority (84%) recertified in 2019 & 2020.
75 of the projects (86%) gained LEED points through recertification
33 projects improved by one certification level, 5 projects improved by two certification levels, and 1 project improved from Certified to Platinum!
75% of the projects started as LEED Gold certifications
The 88 recertifications gained a total of 1,054 points
