The GGBA stands for the promotion of sustainability in construction and the real estate industry. We are the national contact for all parties involved who have points of contact and need for information on international certification systems.

We use our network for the partnership-based cooperation of highly qualified experts such as engineers, investors, manufacturers and construction parties. We give advice on alternative verification possibilities for the market in the German-speaking countries, provide information on training materials, give lectures on the contents and methods, lead critical discussions regarding the costs and benefits of (building) certifications, organize specialist conferences and represent the association at national and international trade fairs and in the German Property Federation (ZIA).
